(Sept. 6, 2012, LOS ANGELES, /RTTNews.com/) - Korn/Ferry International (KFY) reported that its first-quarter net income was $10.4 million or $0.22 per share, compared to $15.4 million or $0.33 per share in the same quarter last year.On average, eight analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected the company to report earnings of $0.18 per share for the quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.Total revenues for the quarter dropped to $196.02 million from $214.59 million in the prior year quarter. Fee revenue was $186.69 million, compared to $206.33 million last year.
