Job Title: Business Unit Director
Location: Shenzhen
Staff Responsibilities: Production, Back office support (Supply
chain,Manufacturing systems, Manu. Engineering)
Role Requirements:
1.Lead & execute standard operational processes to achieve business and
continuous improvement objectives inline with company goals and ensuring of
compliance of corporate policy.
2.Overseeing site daily production process and plan MPS to meet customer on
time delivery & product quality.
3.Co-ordinating movement of materials & finished goods to achieve materials
accuracy and monitoring of logistic & purchasing procedures to ensure
operations run smooth.
4.Development/deployment of continue improvement of manufacturing methods and
systems to achieve cost effective manufacture and process efficiency.
5.Budgeting and managing expenses to meet bottom line requirement.
6.Effective interface with host company engineering to allow new product,
product enhancements and improvements to be incorporated into our production
system efficiently.
7.People development and review for performance and succession planning

Personal Requirements:
1.Ability to have effective communication, negotiation and organisation skills
2.Knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques and methodologies
3.Knowledge of change management techniques and team dynamics
4.Qualifications to higher national /degree level, preferable in
engineering/manufacturing discipline
5.Track record of successful operations experience within several
international businesses
6.Min 7 years of working experiences in related field and 3 years of which in
